Setting Up Ebb And Flow Mat
3 Easy Steps Is All It Takes

The Mat
Ebb And Flow Mat is by far the simplest multipurpose irrigation system to set up. You will notice when you lay your Ebb And Flow Mat out that there is a 6-inch flap on both ends of the mat. One of these flaps will become the drainage tail the other will become the header end (water source). Don't worry it does not matter which side you choose both are identical.

Hooking Up The Water
For your convenience you can decide which side you would like your water source to connect to the Ebb And Flow Mat. You can choose to set it up along the right or the left sleeve.

STEP 1
Connect the tape tee, elbow, and header pipe. Next attach the female hose thread X drip tape fitting, screw on the pressure regulator and the filter (Figure A), then slide the assembly neatly into the sleeves located on the sides of the mat. (Figure B)

STEP 2
Now fold the 6 inch flap over the header pipe as demonstrated (Figure A & B). Secure the flap and the header pipe in place with 4 P clips.(Figure C)

STEP 3
Now place P clips down the side of the mat every 18", and attach the end plugs to both the drip tapes in the sides of the mat. Place a 1/2" to 3/4" dowel underneath the tail, this will create a lip and stop water from needlessly draining off. Now all that is left is to attach your garden hose and set your Timer (optional). Ebb And Flow Mat is a highly effective irrigation system for watering potted plants, raised garden beds and turf.

The Biggest Problem You'll Have Is Deciding How To Use It...
